Sovereign Layer-1 · Universal Value Routing
Pay with what you have.
Receive what you want.
3E Chain settles value across 3E Coin, fiat, and other crypto assets — the payer and the recipient never have to hold the same currency. The merchant is never forced to absorb 3E Coin volatility.
The Route
One transaction, seven checkpoints
A customer holding 3E Coin can pay a merchant who wants CAD. 3E Chain doesn't try to be the bank, the exchange, and the card network at once — it settles ownership and finality, then hands execution to a routing layer that stays replaceable.
3E AUTHORIZATION
Sender signs, chain validates ownership.
ROUTE DISCOVERY
Router surveys fiat, crypto, card, and bank adapters.
RATE LOCK
3E amount is locked against a quote before conversion.
RISK EVALUATION
Classified R0–R5 and priced into the 3ERR fee.
LIQUIDITY EXECUTION
Route executes direct or multi-hop.
FIAT SETTLEMENT
Conversion settles into the chosen currency.
MERCHANT RECEIVES CAD
Final. No volatility passed downstream.
of routed volume in the validated 100,000‑transaction simulation.
of routed volume — used when direct liquidity runs thin.
Architecture
The chain doesn't touch every conversion
Ownership and settlement finality live on-chain. Everything about how a conversion executes lives in a separate, swappable routing layer.

3ERR — Risk & Resilience Reserve
Every transaction funds its own resilience
3ERR is a protocol-level fee that builds financial preparedness directly into the network — for cybersecurity incidents, insurance and guarantee costs, regulatory and legal expense, fraud remediation, and emergency liquidity.
Allocation shown against the canonical validated 3ERR fee of $0.11910 on a $79.40 CRYPTO_FIAT → CAD transaction.
Proof
Validated, not asserted
Genesis v0.1 reproduced this transaction economically across 100,000‑transaction Monte Carlo runs. The behavior held.
Status
What this is, and what it isn't
3E Chain Genesis v0.1 is a simulation-validated economic prototype — a hash-linked chain, native balances, risk classification, and 3ERR allocation that all behave deterministically at scale. It is not production blockchain software, not a custody system, and not a regulated payment service. v0.2 is under active engineering to bring real cryptographic signatures, consensus, and a devnet online before any of this touches real value.
